Education, K-12
Education for the residents of the City of Galesville is provided by the Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau School District. This district encompasses the City of Galesville, Villages of Trempealeau and Ettrick and the Townships of Gale, Trempealeau, Caledonia and Ettrick. The elementary schools include grades 4K through 5th grade, middle school is 6th through 8th grade, and high school is 9th through 12th grade. The district also operates the Coulee Region Alternative High School.
