REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS TO REPLACE LIBRARY ROOF

The City of Galesville, Wisconsin will receive bids to replace an existing roof subject to the following procedures and requirements.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT.  Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Bids will be opened at 6:00 p.m. at the Finance & Insurance meeting.

ROOF TO BE REPLACED. Located at 16787 S Main Street in the City of Galesville.

CITY OF GALESVILLE OFFICE WHERE FILED.  Clerk/Treasurer, Municipal Building, 16773 South Main Street, Galesville, WI 54630.

FORM OF BIDS. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “BID: Galesville Public Library Roof Replacement Project”. The City of Galesville reserves the right to reject any incomplete bids.

Interested parties are welcome to view the site by making an appointment with the Director of Public Works.  The City of Galesville reserves the right to select the bid which the City determines, in its sole, absolute discretion, is in the best interest of the City.  The City retains the absolute right to reject any and all bids.
